The Seven Layers
The stack reads from the bottom up. Layer 0 — the ontological ground — is the deepest. The hardware substrate sits on top of everything, because without the ground there is nothing to execute.
The absolute foundation. An invariant registry of 56 Canonical Axiom Matrices (master_axiom_registry.json) categorized into five verification tiers:
- Tier A (01–12): Unmanifest source (x₀) through non-dual, apophatic, and metaphysical traditions — Advaita, Madhyamaka, Daoism, Sufi Waḥdat al-Wujūd, Christian apophaticism, Platonic idealism, Lurianic Kabbalah, Dzogchen, Zen, Hermeticism, Pythagorean monadology, Yoruba Ifá.

The Three Axes
Universal Dynamics reads every situation on three axes at once. The axes do not reduce to one another; they are the coordinate geometry inside the stack. Layer 0 is x₀. Layer 3 operates y → z.
Structure
The forms, the rules in force, the material and institutional ground. x₀ is the non-dual ground itself — the condition of there being anything at all.
Dynamics
The forces, the flows, the operations and reactions. Where practice happens — rhythm, discipline, relation, triadic becoming (affirming · denying · reconciling).
Meaning
The aim, the frame, the sacred register. The axis of diagnosis and vertical return — Tier C filtering lives here.
How the Stack Reads
A live query enters at Layer 5 or through an authorized channel. Layer 1 strips it to formal logic. Layer 2 binds it to the governing axioms in Layer 0. Layer 3 runs the triadic resolution and diagnostic filters. Layer 4 logs the whole lineage locally. The result returns through Layer 5 or runs on the Layer 6 substrate.
Every matrix in Layer 0 carries a Coordinate Anchor — a position on the three-axis grid. Shankara anchors at x₀. Benedict anchors at y. Nietzsche anchors at z. The compiler takes a question, finds the matrices whose coordinates bear on it, and runs the triadic resolution with the diagnostic filters active. Any question put through this frame comes out structurally honest on all three axes, or it fails cleanly and the failure itself is diagnostic.
This is why 0protocol.ai is a compiler, not a chatbot. It does not generate consolation on demand. It holds a frame.
